We do this properly.
Before we talk numbers, we talk about you. Here's how our new client process works — and why we do it this way.
Here's how our new client process works — and how to book your intro call at the bottom.
A short form — five minutes, maybe less. We ask about your business structure, what you're looking for, how many accounts you have, whether your books are current, and a few other basics. The goal is to show up to the call already understanding your situation, not spending the first fifteen minutes asking you to explain it.
This is a 30-minute conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll confirm what you submitted, ask a few follow-up questions, walk you through how we work, and make sure we understand what you actually need. You'll leave with a clear picture of what working together looks like. We won't have a number for you on the spot — that's intentional, and we'll explain why below.
After the call, we take time to review everything you've shared, think through the right scope for your situation, and build a quote that actually reflects the work involved. We don't pull a number out of the air and hope it holds up. Your business deserves a quote that's been thought through.
We send a written quote that spells out exactly what's included, what isn't, and what it costs. No vague estimates. No scope surprises on invoice three. Once you're ready to move forward, we send an engagement letter. Work begins when that's signed and the first retainer is paid.
We don't quote on the call. Not because we're stalling — because a number that hasn't been thought through isn't worth giving you.
Not a ballpark. Not a starting point designed to go up. A number that means something.
What's included and what isn't — in writing, before anything starts.
Every month, predictable, with 15-day payment terms. No surprises.
We're here to be your financial partner — not just the people who do your books.
Ready to get started?
Keep an eye on your inbox — we'll send the intake form your way shortly. It takes about five minutes and sets us both up for a great first call.

Your finances should work for your life — not the other way around. If you're ready to find out what that looks like, let's talk.
